Telespazio S.p.A (Italy and France) - Project Coordinator
Telespazio, a Finmeccanica/Thales company, is one of the world’s leading operators in satellite management services, earth observation, satellite navigation, integrated communications and scientific programmes. Telespazio is Finmeccanica’s key operator in navigation and localisation services, a role confirmed by its contribution to EGNOS and Galileo programmes. One of the control centres that will manage the Galileo constellation and mission has been built at the Telespazio Fucino Space Centre. Telespazio is also the coordinator of European projects on EGNOS/Galileo applications and services (M-TRADE, MENTORE, METIS).

Ministry of Ecology, Energy and Sustainable development and spatial planning - Ministerial ITS Task Force
The Ministerial ITS Task Force has been created by the Minister of Transport in August 2001 as a task force involving officers in charge of different projects in the field of ITS. The Mission des Transports Intelligents (MTI) depends on the Directorate-General for Infrastructure, Transports and the Sea. Its main objective is to deploy systems using information and communication technologies in order to apply French transportation policy easier.

e-GEOS
e-GEOS is a company between the Italian Space Agency (20%) and Telespazio (80%), whose mission is to be a leading player in the international geo-spatial business, also by promoting on the international market the applications of COSMO-SkyMed (ASI and the Italian Defence Ministry's Earth observation programme) and operating its User Ground Segment at Matera. There, e-GEOS operates also the ASI “Centro di Geodesia Spaziale”, a fundamental geodetic station whose data/products will be partly available to the SCUTUM project.
